Our farm specialises in goose foie gras and is resolutely focused on traditional production methods. Our geese are reared from birth. Free-range, on grassy pastures, they are fed only non-GMO cereals from our own production before being force-fed exclusively with whole maize. Processing takes place in our laboratory, using local, family recipes. We have chosen direct sales as our only means of marketing, in order to keep in touch with our customers.



We welcome you to the farm every day of the year from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to midnight. Weekends and public holidays by appointment. Tours and tastings for groups by prior arrangement.

25km north of Sarlat between Les Eyzies and Lascaux, Saint Léon sur Vézère lies, as its name suggests, in a bend in the Vézère river.

Between Les Eyzies and Montignac, the cliff of the Roque Saint-Christophe rises steeply above the Vézère River. 5 Km from Montignac Lascaux on D 706. The Medieval stronghold towers above the river Vézère. Within its curtain walls and deep moat a Renaissance hall was built in 1576.
