If you prefer to be waited on rather than slave over a hot stove, just visit one of the 50 participating restaurants to savour the famous stuffed chicken stew. There’s enough choice on offer to satisfy both purists and those who lenjoy restyled cuisine !
During the week-long festivities, around 20,000 plates will be served in the city of Pau and its surrounding region: a fitting birthday banquet for Henry the Great!
