Sylvie can organise a sewing workshop for you, creating accessories (bags, pencil cases, bibs, introduction to sewing, etc.). By prior arrangement, 45 euros for 3 hours.

Welcome to the 'Domaine des Quillets'.
Since five generations we produce the cognac 'Paul Rumeau'. We produce, distil and age all our production at the Domaine.
During the visit you will be able to follow the evolution of the grape and discover the different production methods of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. Finally, we will invite your taste buds to discover our production during a free tasting.

Bécheresse is a commune in the South Charente located near Blanzac Porcheresse and the communes of Champagne-Vigny, Pérignac, Voulgézac and Plassac-Rouffiac.

Just a stone's throw from the Coteaux du Blanzacais and its vineyards, come and enjoy a tasty moment with your family at the Bécheresse picnic area. You will find a space fitted out with oak trees, a table and a bench.
Once seated, you will have the opportunity to admire the façade of the Saint-Barthélémy church located opposite the area. All the conditions are therefore in place to guarantee you a good meal. Enjoy your meal!

Thierry Vadi is present in the Charente markets and in the Local Producers' Markets (Marchés de Producteurs de Pays). He sells chickens ready to cook and roasted chickens according to your taste.

On site, trees will provide a natural shelter to protect you from the sun. Tables and garbage cans are present. A pond and an old wash house will offer you a picturesque setting, full of charm and color. You will be able to enjoy your packed lunch in peace and quiet.

Once the meal is over, you can continue your afternoon with a mountain bike ride. This picnic area is part of the Villebois-Lavalette Mountain Bike Station's Loops 4 and 5.

Located on top of the hills in a beautiful flowered garden, Le Cottage Ensoleillé ('The Sunny Cottage') is recently renovated and obtained a 4 stars ranking. This accommodation is part of an old farmhouse and has a large fenced garden (2800m²). This gîte is equipped with a French decoration, and provides on the ground floor: a large kitchen, a lounge, toilets. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 king-size bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x190cm), a bathroom and toilets. Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, small appliances, equipment for baby (cot, high chair, baby-changing table and bath), TV, DVD player, WIFI. You can share the swimming pool with Scarlett and Clovis my children if you want to , a 40m² summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha. In the garden there is a slide, a swing, a trampoline, a sandpit, a table football, a dart board, a small pool table, etc. It's heaven for children!!! You will enjoy a shady private terrace (30m²) with chaises longues and garden furniture. Our guests will find many local activities !! The accomodation is very secure, fenced, you can park your car. Le Cottage ensoleillé is heaven for children and grown ups!!

Direct sales of Pineau and Cognac but also cocktails, liqueurs elaborated in a natural way following the rules of a viticulture which respects the environment.
