Small private island located on the "Flow Vélo" cycle path and in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of the Bain des Dames seaside site, comfortable house with private garden overlooking the river.
The House benefits from a private garden which overlooks the river. You have the house and its adjoining garden all to yourself.

The house is made up of 3 rooms:

- A living room with lounge area, dining area and kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher,
hotplates, combined oven, filter coffee maker for ground coffee) and dining area
- Bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm)
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) opening onto a bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine)
