Terra Aventura is an entertaining activity which blends outdoor strolling with a discovery of the region’s rich heritage and nature. A mix of fun-filled sport and culture to delight young and old alike, who head off for an extraordinary adventure!
The trails take you on a journey to unearth hidden treasures. To reach the cache, your trail is dotted with riddles to be solved, often full of surprises and humour.
Terr’aventurers’ goal is to find the cache hidden along each trail. It consists of a transparent bottle camouflaged by nature containing: a logbook, a guestbook where players can leave a message, and also Poï'z…
Poï’z are miniature characters with a strong temperament, iconic of Terra Aventura, and all are collectors (as badges). These mini imaginary beings tell you the theme of the trail: Zéfaim for gastronomy, Zouti for know-how, Zarthus for nature, Zabeth for historic heritage, Zalambic for wines and spirits… And, the risk? Once you've "adopted" one, you'll want to catch them all!
Over 400 original, fun-filled trails covering 3 to 14 km are waiting to be discovered throughout Nouvelle-Aquitaine. These step-based quests are an invitation to explore the region's heritage treasures whilst having fun.
