Distilleries en fête à Cognac

The Distilleries Festival in Cognac - Winter 2018-2019

Come and meet the Bouilleurs de cru (grower-distillers); the select few who have inherited the Cognac-producing expertise of previous generations.

Learn the individual stages of the alchemy-like distillation process from professionals who are passionate about their product and fascinating to meet.

The months of December, January and February are when winegrowers and cognac producers open their doors to welcome the public in. The distilleries of the Cognac vineyard extend a warm welcome, and host a series of unique and unusual events, so let yourself indulge in a little of the ‘Angels’ Share’!
