Fête de l'Asperge du Blayais
Description
The gastronomy of the South-West as a whole will be present at the gastronomic market of the Asparagus Festival of Blayais. Between sweet and savory, many products are waiting for you and will satisfy the appetite of the most greedy.
The queen of the festival, the asparagus of Blayais (IGP), will be represented on 5 stands. In order to make the most of the on-site catering, the covered catering areas made available to you at the last edition will be back this year. All your senses will be satisfied; between passionate producers listening to you, street animation, free concerts, recipes demonstration and chefs battles.
