The parish church of St.Christophe is Romanesque and dates from the early 12th century. The building has remained authentic, with the exception of the bell tower, which was remodelled in the 15th century.
Sculptures decorate the façade of the building and recall monsters and animals, taken from our imagination or from everyday life. They can be found mainly on the modillion and capitals of the church.
The interior gives the monument its charm. Sculptures all around the church embellish and enhance the visitor's experience.
The bell was donated in 1850 by the poet Alfred de Vigny, who is its patron. It cracked in 1935 and was recast by the Bolée company in Orléans.
This monument is classified as a "Historical Monument".
