The vineyards extend over 53 hectares of land surrounding the Château de Lisennes, which can be found in the village of Tresses about 12 km east of Bordeaux.
Château de Lisennes is a family owned vineyard that has been developed and managed with passion by 4 generations of the Soubie family. The main building is a typical 18th century "Chartreuse"
We produce around 400.000 bottles annually from the following "appellations": Bordeaux Clairet, Bordeaux Rosé, Bordeaux Rouge and Bordeaux Supérieur. Covering 7 hectares and planted 100% Merlot, the organic wines we produce from these plots belong to the aptly named "7 Hectares" range. The harvest from these plots result in two wines ; a very fruity rosé with a delicate pale colour and a nice supple red ideal for drinking young.
It is the father of Bernard Pestoury who revitalized the wine production. He will develop the mark "Château Haut-Greyzeau" and the sale to the individual customers.
Having increased right in the middle of the exploitation Bernard catch the virus of the vineyard. He completes his training of ground by oenologist's diploma in the Faculty of Oenology of Bordeaux and by career within several renowned properties and within traders of the region of Bordeaux. He settles down in 1997 with his wife and continues to enlarge since the property. Stone buildings dating the XIXth century.
In 1953, Pierre Massé purchased Château Quessard located in Pompignac, 7 miles from Bordeaux. This estate produced fruit on 60 acres of orchard (pears, apples, plums) and had only 8 acres of vines. Château Quessard benefits from its location on the road between Bordeaux and Saint Emilion.
Each vineyard is managed in a specific way to take advantage of its terroirs and produce the best quality grapes. Several grape variety are grown : 70% Merlot, 25 % Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon (black grapes), 75% Semillon and 25% Sauvignon (white grapes).
Château Pascot is a domain of the Côtes de Bordeaux, allying tradition and modernity, which is worked with passion by the family Doermann.
Their objectives are the environmental protection and the development of the oenotourisme to perpetuate this small entity.
Vineyards are old (crashed when the plowing was made with horses), very narrow and in strong density of plantation. The grapes included 60 % of Merlot, 35 % of Cabernet and 5 % of Malbecs.
Located at 15 mn of Bordeaux and St Emilion, the Castle of Chelivette, field of approximately 29 ha shelters a Vineyard with hillside superbly exposed. Its Medieval Castle, its 1620 Chapel, its Télégraphe Chappe and its old cellars also give it an undeniable historical interest. Convinced that it is nature itself in its diversity that best protects the vine, the property has entered a biodynamic approach that we will share with you during your visit to the cellars followed by the tasting of our different wines. Also on the property, the Château Mathereau, nestled in the center of this unspoilt nature, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people with its 500 m2, 6 bedrooms and bathrooms, swimming pool, tennis, sauna, spa, gym etc.
In a small hamlet of Saint-Loubès, very former wine-making earth in the North of the Entre-Deux-Mers and in 20 km from Bordeaux, Château La Lande Saint Jean is a family property of 23 hectares.
You are welcomed by Laurent Guibbert, to whom his parents-in-law crossed the relay in 2011 to dedicate itself to the welcome of the hosts of the holiday cottage situated on the scene. In the vault of tasting in beautiful visible stones, this passionate wine grower teaches you the art to cultivate the vineyard and to develop the wine. Bordeaux conceived in the Castle The Moor Saint Jean are the result of ancestral traditional practices. The family cultivates the vineyard since 1895, as show of it the old tools exposed on the walls of the room of tasting.

The estate has chosen a special approach of wine-growing : Organic and Biodynamic wines. That means we do not use weedkillers, or chemical products. That is why we do our own preparations made of plants. The winery has been certified as organic wines by ECOCERT in 2012, and as Biodynamic wines by DEMETER (2015 vintage). Since May 2014, the winery has been bought by a Chinese enterprise “GUO TAI Group”. Mrs Yuxue Claverie Li is the manager.

Visit with the owners of the Park and Château de Malleret, classified as Historic Monuments, in the heart of a protected Natura 2000 and ZNIEFF area, next to some of the finest Graves vineyards in Pessac-Leognan.
The park features formal gardens, themed green rooms, a rose garden, orchard, vegetable garden, maze, "fabriques", ponds, henhouse and blue and white peacocks.
The château, inhabited by its owners, is decorated with remarkable antique furniture.

Château Bardins is a charming estate of 9.5 hectares of vines in a wooded setting south of Bordeaux in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, owned by the Bernardy de Sigoyer family since 1903. Mrs Stella Puel, 5th generation, devotes herself to the cultivation of the vines and the making of wine with great passion and enthusiasm.
Château Bardins is organically cultivated throughout the site.
We welcome you for a visit of the vineyard accompanied by Pyrrhus, the house dog, and Célestin the cat.

Situated in the heart of a vast wooded estate, Château Olivier, a former seigneury, emerges from its woods as if in a clearing. The estate has belonged to the Bethmann family since the 19th century. The wine of Château Olivier was classified in 1953, both red and white. Six different grape varieties are grown on 60 hectares of gravelly soil on a clay-limestone base. The wines, widely distributed throughout the world by the Bordeaux wine trade, are very great wines for laying down.
The 19-hectare Domaine de Grandmaison is located on the left bank of the Eau Blanche. At the heart of the vineyard of Bordeaux, in Cadillac Côtes of Bordeaux, Château Brethous is an attractive chartreuse of the XVIIIth century, on the right side of the Garonne. Human-sized family property, Château Brethous experiments a " biodynamic culture " in an ecological purpose and especially to develop of great wines allying structure, charm and elegance.
It composed of 72 % of Merlot, 20 % of Cabernet Sauvignon, 4 % of Cabernet Franc and 5 % of Malbec.
Château Freyneau benefits from a magnificent terroir which gives this wine its roundness, its generosity and its structure. Almost all of the production (200,000 bottles including 80% Red) is bottled at the Château. Adept at a natural approach to working the vines, Eric Maulin, the owner, practices sustainable cultivation, plot by plot. The chateau is named after a natural water source (Lagune), that once existed in the centre of the former village.
The estate is made up of the perfectly symmetrical chateau, the gardens, and outbuildings located across two courtyards.
In the southerly courtyard, the chateau opens out onto a magnificent horseshoe-shaped staircase, through windows and doors designed to let in the Medoc's natural light. On the north side, a vast terrace offers wonderful views of the vines.
