Since 1978, Bordeaux has been welcoming the international elite of riders and becoming the capital of the horse for 3 days. On the programme: competitions, entertainment, equestrian shows... with Paris 2024 as the goal!
As always, this major event for horse lovers will be held at the Parc des Expositions.
Highlights of the three days include:
- Opening night Thursday 1 February at 8.30pm, with le Cadre noir de Saumur. An invitation to enter "Au cœur du grand manège", the title of this poetic spectacle, followed in the second half of the evening by the return of the dressage battle__.
- Sports competitions include the World Cup Grand Prix (Saturday 3 February) and the Audi Grand Prix (Sunday 4 February). The Paris Olympics are also in the offing...
- Le salon du cheval, hosting the amateur competition as well as 250 exhibitors, a forum area including job dating and over 40 hours of free entertainment over the three days. Admission €12
And then there are the horse-ball matches, the indoor derby...
