An exhibition of the work of around thirty craftspeople in the magnificent cloister of the church of Saint-Martial in Chalais! A key event for arts and crafts in the South Charente, in Chalais.
Introductory workshops are available on site during the exhibition.

The International Chamber Music Festival in Charente presents internationally renowned musicians from all over Europe.
The 3rd concert of the festival will take place on Sunday May 19, 2024.

Great Gala evening!
A glamorous evening in the company of the festival's virtuoso ensemble, the Ensemble International des Quatre Siècles. a program full of surprises, a medley of sparkling music, all followed by the traditional gala reception in the adjoining 12th century cloister.

At 6.00 pm, a lecture on butterflies by Mr Pierrick Doré
Visit with the owners of the Park and Château de Malleret, classified as Historic Monuments, in the heart of a protected Natura 2000 and ZNIEFF area, next to some of the finest Graves vineyards in Pessac-Leognan.
The park features formal gardens, themed green rooms, a rose garden, orchard, vegetable garden, maze, "fabriques", ponds, henhouse and blue and white peacocks.
The château, inhabited by its owners, is decorated with remarkable antique furniture.

The guided tour begins with the museum's collections (shark teeth, corals, tropical shells) and continues with a short walk in the forest beside a river where you can admire, among other things, thousands of fossils in the open air.
The 5th Salon D'Artisans at Château de La Mercerie invites you to Magnac Lavalette Villars. Come and discover beautiful handicrafts (leather goods, lighting, engravings, sculpture, sewing, jewellery, etc.) in the heart of an impressive château.
A great opportunity to make some great discoveries and start buying presents just a few weeks before Christmas ;)

The young Côtes de Bourg wine growers organise a musical and tasting time during a night market in a huge parc close to the river.
Until 2:00 am, taste our French cuisine cooked by young farmer: oysters, meet, vegetable, enjoy it for low prices and a musical animation is planned throughout the evening.
Every Tuesday at the Théâtre de Verdure, a play will be performed in the open air in Collonges la Rouge
