It's ideally located facing the ocean, within walking or cycling distance of the beaches, aquatic center, thalasso, Boucholeurs harbor and Châtelaillon-Plage, and the Rosière lake (150 to 800 m).
The south-facing house comprises a fitted kitchen, a dining/living room, two bedrooms, a bright shower room and a separate toilet. The house gate gives access to the private courtyard with furniture (table, chairs, lounge, parasol) and outdoor cooking appliance.
A range of high-quality sleeping options can accommodate up to 4 people. The first bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, while the second has two 80x200 cm beds that can be connected.
Household linen is provided (bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels), beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Free wifi (fiber optics). We look forward to hearing from you throughout your stay. Short stays possible.
