There are, of course, the major museums that retrace the history and cultural riches of the city. There are also dedicated specialist museums, such as the Cité du vin in Bordeaux, the Adrien- Dubouché porcelain museum in Limoges and the Cité internationale de la bande dessinée Comics Art Centre in Angoulême. To say nothing of the brand new Musée Mer Marine Museum in Bordeaux which is already welcoming the public ahead of its official opening in spring 2019.
