The 4* LE MOULIN DES EFFRES campsite in Secondigny is located in the Deux-Sèvres region, in the heart of a 2-hectare landscaped estate and on the edge of a large lake, with the town center just 500 m away. Its location is exceptional: between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, La Rochelle and the Marais Poitevin, as well as numerous tourist sites to discover.

A family campsite with a warm, friendly atmosphere, open from April to November with snack-bar, bike trails, hiking, fishing, pétanque, mini golf, outdoor fitness area, playground, pedal boats, heated pool in summer and entertainment for all. (concerts, karaoke, blind tests, themed meals...)

We offer different types of accommodation for 2 to 8 people, including mobile homes, chalets, furnished tents and unusual tipis. We also have pitches for your tent or camper van, and shared sanitary facilities.

30 min from the Marais poitevin, a vast 16th century dwelling entirely restored with elegance and refinement that can accommodate 12 people. By pushing its doors, you will be conquered by the atmosphere of the place and the splendour of the rooms. The living room will be the perfect place to relax and meet up with your family by the fireplace or around a game of French billiards. The kitchen, equipped with all modern facilities, will allow you to prepare tasty dishes to share in the spacious dining room. The five bedrooms invite you to relax and rest.

Outside, the vast summer kitchen will allow you to enjoy a nice barbecue in any season.

In order to provide you with all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable holiday, everything is provided: household and bathroom linen, beds made on your arrival and cleaning at the end of your stay is included.

Rated 3 stars in 2016, this furnished apartment is charming and comfortable. The surroundings are calm, rural and hilly. Hiking and mountain bike trails start at the "Maison de la Randonnée" and a greenway 5km away. A secure building is at your disposal to shelter the bikes. In summer, the swimming pool, playground and games room are ideal for families. Dogs are welcome and there is a kennel for those days when your companions need to stay at home .

"Au Cocorico" faces east for the kitchen and children's room, south for the master bedroom and living room. The terrace is sunny until early afternoon. The master bedroom is equipped with one double and one single bed, and the small bedroom contains bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower and washbasin and the toilet is separate.

The Villa André gîte is a house of character located in a family property, with a large landscaped garden, entirely enclosed, in the heart of the village of Coulonges-sur-l'Autize. You will find shops, local market, various cultural and leisure activities (hiking, swimming pool, fishing, playgrounds ...) You too can fall under the spell of this true haven of peace and pleasure!

The estate is open all year round and welcomes you in a peaceful country setting on the edge of the Chantemerle forest.
