We produce 4 types of lactic cheese: Marinette, which comes in fresh and dry varieties; Champicia, which we flavor with nettle, parsley, oregano and thyme, or just bear's garlic; the briquette cendrée with vegetable ash.
And last but not least, Feuille du Limousin.
