Since 1550, the Bellot family has been committed to producing quality flours from 100% French wheat that respect the environment and consumer health.
Building on this commitment, we began producing organic flours in 1997. In 2002, we adhered to the Label Rouge specifications and created the first flour for everyday bread to bear this widely recognized quality label.

Other commitments followed: wheat from the CRC (Culture Raisonnée Contrôlée) chain, purchases of fair-trade wheat (Agri-Ethique, BioPartenaires), fair remuneration of producers (CQLP).
