Port Miniature

Children, experience an original nautical adventure as a family: pilot real ships built to your scale! At the controls of a cargo ship, ferry or trawler, cruise the lake before discovering the small and large channels.
The miniature port was born in 1987 from the imagination of a shipwright. This passionate inventor of the concept created a fleet of 17 miniature boats. You can take on board and pilot these unique original models and sail among the many sets recreating a real harbour, in miniature! A permanent exhibition recounts this family adventure and shows the shipbuilding techniques used.
On the island of antique merry-go-rounds, rediscover the pleasures of old-fashioned festivities on authentic 1920 attractions: merry-go-rounds, swings, flying chairs, pedal cars... and enjoy the large inflatable play area "les mondes marins".
The bistrot des marins d'eau serves ice creams, crêpes, waffles... Snack bars open every lunchtime in July and August.
L'île de la Grenouillette is located at the foot of the village of Saint Savinien sur Charente, a small town full of character and an artists' village.
