SUP Fitness is for anyone who wants to discover a new activity and keep fit.
Various muscle-strengthening, abdominal and cardio exercises will be carried out on the stand-up paddle board, as well as working on balance and coordination.

You'll be able to discover the benefits of this new sport through a series of sessions led by Jordane, who holds a state-approved diploma in sports education.
