The stand-up paddle (or SUP) is the ideal, environmentally-friendly way to observe the fauna and flora of the island's shores and salt marshes, and discover secret, unspoiled spots.
Take a guided SUP ride through these natural, calm and soothing spaces, and listen to the local history of these NATURA 2000 and RAMSAR listed sites.

Stand-up paddling is an easy-to-access water sport that lets you stroll along the coast and gently tone your body in a natural position. If you can swim, that's all you need for SUP.
It's the easiest way to learn to glide through the water.

Jordane, a qualified sports instructor, and her team welcome you to the SUP Evasion stand-up paddle school on the beautiful Prises beach in La Couarde-sur-Mer.
They'll be with you every step of the way, whether it's a tour of the Ile de Ré's natural spaces, a training course, an introductory session, a private lesson or a SUP Fitness session.

The Sup Évasion school has youth and sports accreditation.
