Attached to the owner's house, and close to another gîte, the gîte has an independent entrance. Railway line (old TGV line) behind the gîte, without affecting the comfort of the house which has all its openings on the front courtyard. Living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, shower room with wc. Flat screen TV, WIFI. Cot and high chair available, sheets and kitchen towels provided. Two private terraces, one covered and the other uncovered, barbecue plancha. Common garden of 5000 m2, enclosed courtyard to share with the other gîte. Vegetable garden available. Heating to be regulated on reading.
