Railway track (old TGV line) behind the main building, without affecting the comfort of the house which is at the end of the farmhouse, with all its openings on the front yard. Living room (kitchenette with 2-burner hob and combi oven, lounge area and bedroom area with 140 bed), shower room with wc, dressing room. Flat screen TV, WIFI. Cot and high chair available, sheets and kitchen towels provided. Electricity to be paid on statement. Private terrace, plancha barbecue. Common garden of 5000 m², enclosed courtyard to share with the other gîte. Vegetable garden available.
