In the heart of a 35-hectare Charentais estate, you'll find plum and chestnut orchards, ponds and woods to recharge your batteries. A renovated, bright and well-equipped farmhouse. The gîte is adjoined by two other gîtes and has a shared covered, heated swimming pool.


Access by 4 steps to the gîte. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, shower room with wc.
Upstairs: one single bedroom with 80x190 bed, one double bedroom with 2x80x190 trundle bed and one double bedroom with 140x190 bed.
Baby equipment: cot, bath, high chair, potty, booster seat.
WIFI Internet access with repeater.
Private outdoor area of 120 m².
On the property, shared with 4 other gîtes and 2 chambres d'hôtes: courtyard with shared barbecue, garden, orchards, woods, ponds for fishing. Table tennis, covered and heated swimming pool (unsupervised, 95 cm to 140 cm deep) open from 01/06 to 30/9 from 10am to 8pm. On-site discovery of animals (ewes, chickens).
