Château Peymelon

Before introducing you to their winery, Françoise and Michel Chapard present the 12 hectares of their estate, 2.5 of which are cultivated organically. They explain the traditional farming methods used at Château Peymelon, before showing you the modernisations carried out in the winery where vinification has been carried out for more than two centuries.
