‘Les Petites Réthaises’ is committed to a resolutely organic and 100% natural project. Our top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised, GMO-free and organic beers retain all the aromas of the malt and hops. The carbon dioxide comes from refermentation in the bottle, and the yeast deposit is proof of this and a guarantee of quality. We use no artificial flavourings, fruit purées or syrups. In fact, all our ‘aromatic inputs’ come from fruit or flower infusions.
Each beer is named after a word borrowed from the local dialect, and its meaning is specified on the label.
Finally, Les Petites Réthaises are proud to have created a concept of musical beers: a QR code on the label invites you to discover an artist from the island of Ré.
