Ferme Auberge du Cantou

In the Dordogne valley, 18 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda, the Cantou farm inn is located at the foot of the Fénelon castle, in Sainte-Mondane. Catherine and Jean-Luc, producers and breeders of ducks and chickens, open the doors of their farm, proud to perpetuate the reputation of the cuisine of the Périgord Noir. From the breeding to the sale, through the traditional force-feeding with yellow corn, the slaughtering and the transformation, everything is done on the spot in order to guarantee you a perfect traceability.
