Biolo'klock

Farmers and craftsmen of French organic fruit, Biolo'Klock offers a wide range of quality products. They are made on the spot, in a traditional way and without additives, in small traditional cauldrons. The jams are thus cooked in small quantities. The fruits used are mainly fruits from the farm or neighbouring farms. Fruit in syrup and dried fruit are prepared by hand. On the farm, certified organic since 1960 by Bernard, David, his son, has taken over and now tends towards permaculture and agroecology. He has chosen to use strictly no treatments, not even those authorized in organic farming. He wishes to develop natural methods of self-regulation of the ecosystem to respect nature and the environment as much as possible.
