Built in the XIIIth century by Edouard III who offered him to one of his(her) knights, the Lord of Lavison, by way of thanks for services provided, the name means " the view ". It is about a military building which served during the Hundred Years' Wars. Afterward, it became a hunting party of prince Noir (Edouard de Woodstock) and of his successors. Modifications were brought to it in the XVth and XVIth centuries with the opening of a wide bay and the construction of a stairwell rested in the lodging house. This one kept beams painted as well as fireplace in stucco of the XVIth century. The domain possesses 60 hectares of vineyards.
