Then, discover the quintessence of Saussignac coming from late harvests and early-maturing Semillon, that is to say a pretty rare wine!
The vineyard is located at the top of Pécharmant hill, oriented south. Tiny vine, with a view of Dordogne valley and Monbazillac hill. The land and vinification mixed together give this beautiful creation of an intense dark red wine with aromas of truffles, blackcurrants, and blackberries. This intensity and generosity underline a tannic structure that can age easily.

The Domaine des Costes’s name refers to the old French for “hillsides” (coteaux). It is located in Bergerac, one of the four towns producing Pécharmant appellation wines.
Since 1992, the vineyard is being cared of very carefully: replantation, poor yield, sustainable growing of vine, managing soils without weed killer.
Since 2003, the vine is worked in organic agriculture in an environmental way and in order to let the nature do its thing. We produce round, elegant and intense Pécharmant wines that you can keep for years. The rosé has delicate aromas.

The Domaine du Haut Pécharmant has 35 hectares of vineyards on the top of the hill, in the heart of the Pécharmant appellation. The family bought the property in 1929, ever since, five generations have been working the soils of sand, pebbles and and grey and red clay, rich in iron. The grape varieties merlot, malbec, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon are the ingredients of our remarkable wines, full bodied and with a rich bouquet.
Little 12-ha-property overlooking at the beautiful Dordogne valley, Château le Tap is located on an old quarry site registered in Napoleonic cadaster, in the place called “Tas de pierre” (i.e. pile of stones) shortened as “au Tap”. This is a excepcional terroir with clay-limestone soils.
There are 5,000 vines in each hectare, constituted by 50% of white grape varieties (Sauvignon, Sauvignon Gris, Sémillon, Muscadelle et Chenin), and 50% of red grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet franc, cabernet Sauvignon et Malbec), they have a great exposure on the hills. Our culture method is organic since 2007, certified in 2010, respecting terroir’s balance, without pesticides nor fertilizers.
Standing on beautiful hills, Château La Maurigne represents 17 ha with 5 ha of vines and 2 ha of orchards that are currently under organic management.
The fauna and flora are preserved in order to maintain the exploitation with an organic balance. During the summer, you can find at least 10 varieties of wild orchids in the vines.
La Chanteracoise is considered to be the last traditional biscotti maker in France. Historically based in the heart of the Périgord Blanc region, in the small village of St Germain du Salembre, it produces a wide range of rusks, toasts and croutons, and has preserved the authentic know-how of the biscuit-makers of the 1950s. Its attention to the origin and quality of the raw materials used in the manufacture of its products contribute to its desire to be distributed exclusively in delicatessens, cooperative shops and organic shops.
Since 2015, La Chanteracoise has taken over the Billeau brothers' biscuit factory and expanded its range to include croquants and palets gourmands.
