During the Pentecost weekend (Saturday and Whit Sunday), 50 wineries will open from 10 am to 7 pm.
The wineries will welcome you to taste red, dry or sweet wine. There are entertainement organised (lunch, food trucks, car rallye, tours) available on the website and the brochure.

At each stage of your visit, you'll discover a winegrower through visits, tastings, workshops and events. He'll tell you all about his history, his know-how and the secrets of his wines, whether red, white, dry or sweet.
Last but not least, children will be able to discover the vineyards thanks to the many activities on offer throughout the weekend, including treasure hunts and pony trekking.

Come and discover the history of our region 20 million years ago, when Aquitaine was covered by the sea in a tropical climate...
The guided tour begins with the museum's collections (shark teeth, corals, tropical shells) and continues with a short walk in the forest beside a river where you can admire, among other things, thousands of fossils in the open air.

This animation is a great success, many are indeed the budding paleontologists who learn by coming that there were numerous fossil remains in Saucats as exciting as those of dinosaurs...
The animation starts at the museum (about 1 hour) with a visit to the museum, small questionnaires-games adapted for each age and observation of microfossils with binocular magnifiers.
It continues in the forest (1 hour with a 5-minute drive) to discover two key sites from which a large number of specimens visible at the museum were extracted.
These activities are primarily aimed at children aged 6-12 years accompanied by their parents.
Duration: about 2 hours

The young Côtes de Bourg wine growers organise a musical and tasting time during a night market in a huge parc close to the river.
Until 2:00 am, taste our French cuisine cooked by young farmer: oysters, meet, vegetable, enjoy it for low prices and a musical animation is planned throughout the evening.

Every year, mid-January
During this weekend-long event created by the Groupement des Producteurs de Truffes du Périgord Noir and the city of Sarlat, you may participate in various activities on the theme of this emblematic mushroom.
A number of workshops are open to the general public to reveal all the subtleties of the truffle, such as workshops on truffle identification and aroma or informed truffle purchasing.
A large truffle market will be held over the weekend, featuring an abundance of fresh truffles as well as derived products and related items (such as books and live truffle oaks).
Truffle-hunting demonstrations with trained dogs will take place twice a day in the trufflery to be set up on Place du Peyrou (the cathedral square).
