Located in the far east of Bordeaux, in the region of Sainte-Foy-La Grande, the Château de Parenchère vineyard adjoins the departments of Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne and therefore presents a very particular terroir in the Bordelais, composed of clay and limestone with a very high clay content, which partly explains the power of the wines produced there. The total area of the property is 153 hectares. The vineyard is concentrated on 63 hectares, planted on the best exposed plots of the domain in order to capture the rays of the sun from the first to the last hour of the day. The grapes are thus, even in difficult years, picked at full maturity, which allows them to release all their aroma and richness.
The Château of Miaudoux is a farm that Gérard and Nathalie Cuisset have owned since 1987. They started their production and commercialization of Bergerac wine (white, dry and sweet, rosé and red) and Saussignac representing 25ha, and also a production of Agen prune representing 8ha.
In 2003, they decided to go from farming to organic agriculture, certified by Ecocert.
In 2014, Samuel and Lisa, their son and his wife, have joined the exploitation and now it is also converted in biodynamics, certified by Demeter.
Hence, some young parcels are worked with a horse in order to have a contact with the wild world and to minimize the tillage impact.
Of course they are looking for the quality of their wines.
Marie-France and Didier Roussel will be happy to welcome you within the confines of their property where you will be able to discover their different products in complete serenity: Bordeaux clairet, Sainte-Foy Bordeaux red, dry white and syrupy. La Chanteracoise is considered to be the last traditional biscotti maker in France. Historically based in the heart of the Périgord Blanc region, in the small village of St Germain du Salembre, it produces a wide range of rusks, toasts and croutons, and has preserved the authentic know-how of the biscuit-makers of the 1950s. Its attention to the origin and quality of the raw materials used in the manufacture of its products contribute to its desire to be distributed exclusively in delicatessens, cooperative shops and organic shops.
Since 2015, La Chanteracoise has taken over the Billeau brothers' biscuit factory and expanded its range to include croquants and palets gourmands.

Organic agriculture since 1989, belonging to the Nature and Progress appellation, I make sure my vineyard respects the lands, its biodiversity, by enjoying fauna and flora wealth to have the best of the land.
On an abundant energy soil, the vine draws everything it needs to produce the best grapes as possible. Once they are picked, they reveal all their aromas and of course the land’s wealth.
I am a farmer and a winemaker not a sorcerer’s apprentice!
After harvesting by hand, the wines in my warehouses are honest and authentic.
Every vintage is a reflection of the year. Each one of them tells a story.
