Free-range, on grassy pastures, they are fed only non-GMO cereals from our own production before being force-fed exclusively with whole maize. Processing takes place in our laboratory, using local, family recipes. We have chosen direct sales as our only means of marketing, in order to keep in touch with our customers.
We welcome you to the farm every day of the year from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to midnight. Weekends and public holidays by appointment. Tours and tastings for groups by prior arrangement.

Between Les Eyzies and Montignac, the cliff of the Roque Saint-Christophe rises steeply above the Vézère River. 5 Km from Montignac Lascaux on D 706. The Medieval stronghold towers above the river Vézère. Within its curtain walls and deep moat a Renaissance hall was built in 1576. It is accessed by a monumental gatehouse where an inscription proclaims, in the line of 16th century thought, « Man does as he may, Fate as she wills ».
Inside the Renaissance hall a fine decor and exceptional period furniture bear witness to the grand lifestyle of Jean II de Losse, soldier and courtier of all the sons of Catherine de Medicis, the last Valois kings. The gardens within the walls or terraced over the river with plantations following the 16th century lay out, offer an inspired and charming wandering with unspoiled views over the virgilian coutryside.
