The Yves Marsh Nature Reserve is a site where it is particularly easy to approach nature.

Muddy foreshore, dry dunes and pannes, marshes and reedbeds, wet meadows, tamarisk hedges, copses and thickets... A beautiful mosaic of environments has been created. On this small corner of the coast, it is home to a multitude of animal and plant species, some of which are very rare.

This area was still underwater in Roman times. Clayey sediments, dune strips and pebbles cut it off from the ocean for good around the year 1000.

Man was quick to exploit the sand. This led to the creation of ditches and depressions. The water table, which has since come to the surface, has created freshwater areas that complement the brackish lagoon, which is sometimes still flooded by storms.

In a renovated 19th-century farmhouse, on a 1500m2 wooded property with a small pond, 3 independent guest rooms, fitted out in the owners' house.
Ground-floor "Iris" room, 18 m², with 140cm bed, fireplace, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms: "Roseau" (20 m²) with a 140cm bed and a 120cm sofa-bed, as well as a shower room and WC. Nénuphar" room (23 m²): 1 bed 140 with a sitting area and a shower room. Enjoy the shared living/dining room with kitchenette and fridge, and the large, shady, flower-filled garden (garden furniture - barbecue) with small pond and parking on the property.

This comfortable 90m² seaside villa with south-facing terrace offers on the ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, a sitting room with sofa and two armchairs, a master bedroom with shower room and 160 cm bed, WC, and a small open bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs, you'll find a suite with sofa bed and shower room opening onto a terrace overlooking Yves Bay. Wi-Fi available. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends, this house and its 450m² garden are fully enclosed.

Secure parking is available in the driveway adjacent to the house.

A cleaning and linen rental service is available on request. Student rentals available from September to June.

This single-storey home offers all the comforts you need, inside and out, for a pleasant vacation. The 600 m² fully enclosed grounds include a swimming pool, a vast 100 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs, and a summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha and convivial dining area.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with private shower room and toilet. You'll also enjoy a large living room with open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a laundry room, an office and a second toilet.
Three parking spaces, one of which is enclosed, are available. On arrival, beds will be made and towels provided for a worry-free stay.
