Just south of Bordeaux, The Syndicat des Vins de Loupiac cooperative has been encouraging and coordinating events hosted by 19 winemaking estates and farms for more than 20 years. Workshops, walks, tastings, exhibitions and much more are joined by pop-up restaurants, bike cruises and cocktail receptions to create a friendly, gourmet festival that sets the tone for the festive season to come.
On the Saturday evening, the river cruiser Bordeaux hosts the Taste of Loupiac and Foie Gras event, with food and cookery demonstrations by Michelin-starred chefs. This year, the stars of the kitchen will be la Maison Claude Darroze.
