Play area (badminton, table tennis ...) and 6x12 m swimming pool. with unsupervised swimming against the current, protected by a fence + rolling shutter (open July, August and September), to be shared with 2 lodgings and the owner.

In Brossac (6 km): pond, spa, heated swimming pool. Heating to be regulated on reading. Poss. loc. 3 lodgings (18/20 pers.).
