The Causse Tourist Centre is built beside Causse lake (100 hectares), in the valley of the Couze, a few kilometres from Brive. It is situated at a point where the three regions of Corrèze, Quercy and Périgord meet. It is a perfect location for exploring Brive la Gaillarde, the villages of Turenne, Collonges la Rouge, the fortified town of Rocamadour, the Lascaux caves, the Dordogne valley etc.

This village is made up of 25 gîtes: 10 detached and 15 attached, with 2 bedrooms and living-room. The living room has a sofa bed (double), bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 2 single beds, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower or bath. Separate WC. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, garden furniture. On the first floor: bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 gîtes are specially equipped for people with reduced mobility. Child’s bed, baby bath, high chair provided on request and subject to availability. Hire of sheets and towels: 12 euros per week. Fixed price cleaning service:79 euros. Open all year. On site: Fine, sandy beach, supervised bathing in July/August. Outdoor shared swimming pool open in July/August. Fishing. Many footpaths for walks. Watersports centre: pedaloes, canoes, and windsurfing, sailing and rowing (extra charge, tuition available). Mountain bike hire, tennis (extra charge), archery, table tennis. Entertainment room (wide-screen TV) open on request. Entertainments for adults and children on the campsite 300 metres away, from Monday to Friday (dance evening on Thursdays). 18-hole golf course 6 km away, all shops 6 km away.
