Brasserie La 23
Blonde, amber, white... la 23 is a 100% organic beer from the Creuse! At the helm of this craft micro-brewery are 3 friends with a passion for beer: Cécile, Marie and Rémi, who after more than 150 attempts have produced their first two cuvées. Their beers feature barley grown and harvested by them, and spring water from the Plateau de Millevaches.
Also worth discovering is their organic lemonade "made in Creuse", with unrefined organic sugar and lemon juice.
