Master Restaurateur & Master Caterer, we offer you, throughout the year, a low temperature seasonal cuisine from our region in a magnificent setting on a site labelled the 21st Grand Site de France. Fireplace used in winter.
Chef Pascal Hue and his friendly team will delight you with their carefully prepared, authentic, refined and harmonious home-cooked ‘discovery’ cuisine, using fresh quality produce from local producers.
The chef was awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur in 2019 and, in October 2020, the Jury's Special Mentions 2020 at the Saveurs Nouvelle-Aquitaine competition for his ‘Rillettes d'Aile de Raie d'Ici’ and his ‘Pain aux huîtres’.
Saveur de Bronze’ medal in 2021 at the Saveurs Nouvelle-Aquitaine competition for “Pain d'épices”.

Our menus and services offer a range of flexible suggestions.

Possibility of an à la carte menu on request made at the time of booking, at least 1 day before and depending on the season.

Takeaway and delivery service available all year round. Orders must be placed by telephone or e-mail no later than 7pm the previous day.
