The port is committed to protecting the planet by signing the Environmental Charter of the Association des Port de Plaisance de l'Atlantique (APPA) and is a member of the Echo - Mer association. The harbour master's office has set up new infrastructures that comply with the safety and environmental standards recommended by the APPA.
