River trip aboard the boat "La Charente" from Saint-Simon

In 2025, the Charente will not be sailing, so we'll have to wait until next season...
The gabarre trip, with commentary, lasts about 1h30 and allows you to discover, from various points of view, the quays of Juac, the gabarrier village of Saint-Simon, the old dry dockyard, the islands of Vibrac and a preserved natural environment. The crossing of the Juac lock is of course also on the programme, followed by the discovery of the villages of Saint-Amant and Graves (a beautiful 12th century church which is admirably reflected in the waters of the river), and then of the dyke known as the Déversoir.
