In the centre of Bordeaux, two ways of discovering the wines of Bordeaux:
- a tasting session in the CIVB wine bar, open from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (except public holidays). Sommelier service and fine food.

- learn at the CIVB “Ecole du Vin”: all year long,
the “Ecole du Vin” offers the chance to discover the characteristics of Bordeaux wines, with a chance to be initiated into the art of wine-tasting. Day-time courses, evening classes, summer courses with 2–hour workshops, tailor-made courses: the choice is extensive.
