Come and discover all the stages of production carried out on our estates.

Enter the heart of the Domaine de Chez Maillard, property of Domaines Francis Abecassis, and live an unusual experience by creating your own XO cognac. This blending will be done in the company of a member of our Cellar Master's team.
During a complete visit, you will discover the processes of vinification and double distillation in Charente as well as the secrets of aging and blending in the winery.
This visit will end with a unique experience with a blending workshop to create your own XO Cognac.

The Cognac and making of the house will no longer have any secrets for you!

A bit of sunshine, a patch of grass and your wicker basket in hand... All the conditions are met to spend a pleasant moment on the picnic area of Charmant.
On site, trees will provide a natural shelter to protect you from the sun. Tables and garbage cans are present. A pond and an old wash house will offer you a picturesque setting, full of charm and color. You will be able to enjoy your packed lunch in peace and quiet.

Once the meal is over, you can continue your afternoon with a mountain bike ride. This picnic area is part of the Villebois-Lavalette Mountain Bike Station's Loops 4 and 5.

Sylvie can organise a sewing workshop for you, creating accessories (bags, pencil cases, bibs, introduction to sewing, etc.). By prior arrangement, 45 euros for 3 hours.

Since five generations we produce the cognac 'Paul Rumeau'. We produce, distil and age all our production at the Domaine.
During the visit you will be able to follow the evolution of the grape and discover the different production methods of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. Finally, we will invite your taste buds to discover our production during a free tasting.

Terra Aventura is a treasure hunt inspired by geocaching.
To play, you must download the application on your smartphone (androïd or apple) or bring you a GPS, thinking to print beforehand the list of clues on the website. Then you will leave a starting point referenced by GPS coordinates. Throughout the way, characters named "Poï'z" will accompany you in search of clues. These clues will allow you to complete the GPS coordinates of the location of the cache.

On the territory, you can enjoy a 5 km walk in village of St-Simeux on the banks of the river Charente.
The poï'z "Zéidon" will guide you along the way and once the cache found, you will leave with a surprise!

Just a stone's throw from the Coteaux du Blanzacais and its vineyards, come and enjoy a tasty moment with your family at the Bécheresse picnic area. You will find a space fitted out with oak trees, a table and a bench.

-La Ruche in its solo configuration and its 80x190 bed, leaves enough space to put down your things and go about your business. It is also possible to stay here as a couple with the 160x190 bed. The space is then totally dedicated to sleeping.
