Located in the exceptional setting of the Barade forest, near Château de l’Herm and the Rouffignac cave, in the land of Jacquou le Croquant along the Vézère Valley. Our farm specialises in goose foie gras and is resolutely focused on traditional production methods. Our geese are reared from birth. Free-range, on grassy pastures, they are fed only non-GMO cereals from our own production before being force-fed exclusively with whole maize. Processing takes place in our laboratory, using local, family recipes. We have chosen direct sales as our only means of marketing, in order to keep in touch with our customers.
We welcome you to the farm every day of the year from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to midnight. Weekends and public holidays by appointment. Tours and tastings for groups by prior arrangement.
Option to stay in gîtes or at the farm's campsite. Motorhome service (France Passion).
Present at the Coderc market in Périgueux every Saturday morning.
